At the core of Tri-Now KIDS camp is swim, bike & run specific skill work encompassed by a layer of activities designed to expose young athletes to all aspects of a healthy multisport lifestyle. The last day of each camp is a practice triathlon & party! Kids learn: fundamentals of swimming for a triathlon, bike handling skills, gear usage & maintenance, basic running form, transition skills, pre-race prep, and importance of good eating habits & hydration.
