Have some old stuff that you're wanting to get rid of? Pay to be a vendor and make some extra cash. Sale will be held in the Plano Event Center's parking lot across the road from Oak Point Recreation Center and is free to attend.

$35 for Plano residents; $39 for non-residents. 10% discount for 60+ years old. Price includes 2 spots. Additional spot is $15.

Garage Sale will be held from 8:00AM - 12:00 PM. Setup starts at 6:45AM. Staff will direct you to the appropriate parking spot location.

Event is rain or shine. If severe weather occurs, we will reschedule for an alternate date.

Prohibited items:
Alcohol
Guns/Ammunition
Pornographic/Inappropriate Material
Undergarments. Items may be removed at staff discretion.

You will be provided 2 parking spaces for your items. Tables, chairs, awnings, etc., will not be provided.

Setup starts at 6:45. If you arrive after 7:45 you will still be able to set up your garage sale, but will not be able to back your vehicle up to your parking spots. Customers will most likely be shopping by then, and for safety reasons we can't allow vehicles driving through the area.

Upon arrival please check into the Plano Parks and Recreation tent. There you will be directed to your garage sale spots. Please do not set up outside of your space. Please be respectful to those around you.

Staff will be monitoring the sites to make sure that nothing inappropriate is being sold. Staff can ask you to remove any item(s) at their discretion. Regardless of foot traffic, garage sale will end at 12:00PM.

You may not, under any circumstance, sell/advertise any goods or services for a private business at this garage sale. If you chose to disregard this warning, you will be asked to leave, and will forfeit any refund.
